Retainer & Contract Agreements

  • A 30% Deposit is required for all Engagement, Individual, Maternity, Family and Senior photos once details are finalized and confirmed to conveniently work for both parties (Client & Photographer) .

  • For Weddings a 50% deposit is required once details are finalized and confirmed to conveniently work for both parties (Client & Photographer)

  • For all inquiring clients, a contract will be sent out for a signature to confirm that details of the photography session are true to what was discussed with the photographer and that pricing is up to standard. This contract also will require conformation on the clients behalf in regards of payment and the timely manner it is expected in.

  • A travel fee is applied to all sessions over 50 miles. For each mile over the 50 mile gratuity, it is $0.75 per mile unless otherwise stated in your package
